Spacious independent cozy cabin overlooking tree grove, large pool and a relaxing tranquil backyard. Ideal for working staycation or getaway retreat. Clean, Spacious comfortable room with a King bed with clean linens, split system, study table, and wardrobe. 5G internet, kitchenette with hot plates, attached toilet and hot water along with appliances (Fridge, Oven, Toaster, Iron). Covered car port with private entrance. Ideal for long stays.

This space in it's previous life was a large mobile home. Tom drove his mobile home into his newly purchased land where he went on to build a holiday home and a large pool. The mobile home stayed in the back of the property. The future owners converted it to a professional music studio where some of the best British numbers of 80s were conceived. Now the same enchanting studio is now transformed into a cozy living AirBnB space for your to enjoy !

It's also near to Federation University and Chisholm TAFE. There are 3 hospitals in the suburb (St. John of God, Casey Hospital, Monash Health). Casey Super clinic has a 24*7 GP support.

We aim to make your stay as well as other guest’s stay comfortable and safe as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could help follow these house rules.

• Only the registered guests are allowed in the property. No visitors.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in line with Local council mandate.
• Please, No outdoor Shoes within the house.
• Furry Pets (Cats and Dogs) allowed in the property. Only basic pet amenities provided.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING within the house. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.
• Off-limits: Please note the below areas are not to be accessed for various reasons.
o Black cupboard in the kitchen with electronic equipment.
o Tool shed, Fire Pit, Play slide & Tree house.
• Parties are not allowed at this rental. Parties and larger gatherings inevitably incur larger cleaning and maintenance fees, so any unannounced additional guests or parties are not allowed.
• Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If guests are suspected of using illegal substances or transporting illegal substances, the local police will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately.
• Check-Out times are strict to accommodate the cleaning prior to next guest arrival. If you need to extend your stay, please notify in advance.
• Pool rules are to be adhered. Kindly refer them posted in the Pergola.
• Lost keys need to be reported and there is a fee of $250 as the lock and key need to be replaced for the security of future guests. Guests shall not change the lock or key under any circumstances.
• Off limits: Fire pit and the slide is scheduled to be removed due to an earlier incident. Kindly do not use it. Tree house is only suitable for children below 10.
Host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. If you failing to adhere to the rules or cause any inconvenience for other guests, you will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately.
