About this property

**GREAT LOCATION** 5-minute walk to the SHOPS & BEACH. Huge sliding doors in loungeroom opening out to balcony with BBQ, bar and bar stools

2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4 people. Main - queen bed, Second bedroom - 2 x single or 1 x king. One bathroom.

Air conditioning in lounge and main bedroom.

Free on-site parking, outdoor community pool.

No pets & no smoking - thanks!

**MAIN BEDROOM**: room is 4.4 x 2.9m. With made up queen bed, and plenty of space to hang your clothes. Small desk and desk chair if you need to do some work while away. Split system air conditioner.

**SECOND BEDROOM**: room is 4.4 x 2m. The trundle bed can either be 2 x single beds or 1 x king bed, which will be made up depending on what you need. Also with space to hang your clothes. Plug in USB fan.

**KITCHEN** well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and all usual cooking items. As well as all sorts of things in the cupboard you are free to use - herbs, spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, so you don't have to bring or buy all those small things. Tea towels, sponge, cleaning products and garbage bags provided.

**LOUNGE ROOM** large opening sliding doors going out to the balcony. Beautiful tree aspect, light and bright and very quiet. Has a good-sized TV, with Apple box for all your favourite apps (use your own logins) a mini Bose speaker. There are 2 x 2-seater black leather couches - one is an electric recliner. Ceiling fan and split system air conditioner. Gateleg folding dining table with 4 chairs.

**BALCONY** 2-burner BBQ for summer fun. Bar and 5 barstools to enjoy the outside. Glimpses of Kannanook creek at the back, with a great walking track directly accessed at the back gate. As well as some pots of fresh herbs that you are welcome to water and use as much as you like.

**BATHROOM** includes a bath and washing machine and separate dryer, with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

**OTHER** there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and Eski to make your life easy.

**PARKING** free on-site parking, no caravans allowed.

**POOL** there is an outdoor pool in the set of units that you are free to use.

**AREA** shops, beach, plenty of restaurants, airport SKYBUS, hospital.
