So nice!
This is the first place that had everything you could want or need. Awesome location….very private. The only negative I have was the dog that barked for hours! Poor thing must have been left alone. Dean is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much.

A piece of paradise on Melbourne Beach
We have stayed in several VRBO's on the beach in the past 2 years. We all most gave up until we stayed in this VRBO. It was so clean and the location is perfect. What really stuck out for us is how accommodating Dean and Patricia are with their guests. They were so easy to contact when needed. They have the place supplied with all the needed essentials for staying in a VRBO and especially staying on the beach. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!!! The place is lovely.

Clean, cozy, and everything you will need for a getaway. I loved the little Christmas tree as an added decoration! If you forget any toiletries, no need to worry. There is extras for everything you need. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about our vacation. I will definitely be back!

Peaceful Paradise
I really enjoyed staying at Serenity Beach. My husband caught a large pompano and several bluefish. The last day was unfishable due to weather so my daughter and her 2 children came to stay at the beach with me. Luckily it cleared up and we were able to enjoy the beach in the late afternoon. Beautiful place to stay with everything you’d need. Loved the private back yard area!

Really nice property with great amenities. Supplied with umbrellas and chairs to take advantage of the terrific beachfront. From the backyard deck we were able to see the giant sea turtles late at night lay their eggs in the sand without disturbing them. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing Beachfront Property
To say this was a well stocked property, would be an understatement. They had everything and more. Having the beach just a staircase away was great. The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Just a few other families on vacation. The location was perfect for our needs. Please understand that Melbourne Beach isn’t your typical touristy area. The main focus is the ocean. This is a property where you are meant to go to the beach. While we were there we saw dolphins, turtles, little lizards and my husband and son said the saw a small bill shark. Overall we will stay again.

Premiere host for a reason!!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is clean and really well equipped with every to make you comfortable. I wouldn’t describe this as a 5 star resort but it is a well appointed house that comes with everything you need for the week- k cups for coffee, 3 different coffee makers, toiletries, bug spray, beach chairs, umbrellas and so much more. The beach is private and the sunrise spectacular from the front bedroom. We’re only sorry we can’t book next year! At least not yet!!

Property is located on the beach. It’s nice to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The unit is nice looks just like pictures on Expedia. We used both the heat and a/c during our stay, which both worked great. Unit has full kitchen and wash and dryer in unit. Makes it easy to warm up leftovers and do laundry before we left. Beds are a little firm, which I like. My wife prefers the pillow top beds. We brought our bikes to ride on the bike/walking path on A1A. We biked to Publix which is about 2 miles away. No restaurants are in walking distance, but just a short 5-10min drive away. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a quite beach community. I prefer staying here than at a hotel on the beach.

Simply amazing!
My husband and our 11 month old Bernedoodle thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so quaint and quiet plus had everything we needed plus some. We loved how convenient it was to restaurants, the grocery store and the university. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate and afford us much time on the beach but had we been able to Dean made sure we would have been well prepared to do so with the beach bag, yeti cooler, and beach chairs that were conveniently located in or on the property for his guests to use. This place is top notch which is a reflection of Dean and the lengths he goes to to ensure his guests are beyond taken care of. We’ve never stayed at a VRBO (and we’ve stayed at several) where the property owner was so attentive to their guests without being intrusive. The bottom line is Dean and his bungalow were beyond compare and we will definitely return again in the future. Thank you for everything, Dean!

This property is even better than it sounds in the listing. It is essentially located right at the top of the dunes on the beach. There's a nice little deck overlooking the beach right in the backyard and an easy staircase down to the sand. The beach itself is beautiful and, at least when we were there, very quiet. There's also a great gazebo in the backyard with a table and chairs where we had family dinners most nights. The apartments (our family was in two of them) are really tastefully and comfortably decorated and thoughtfully accessorized. The beds are comfy, the kitchens had everything we needed, and the parking (and living) is easy. Our interactions with the owners were lovely. We hope to be back!

Bring your swimsuit and order your groceries, the rest has been taken care of.
Dean is a wonderful host and his place was amazing, beyond compare. Hands down it was the best beach property we've stayed at. If you've ever wanted to experience the true majesty of the ocean without any distractions this is the place for you. Only a set of stairs separate you from the waves and sand of a private beach. If you come in summer you might even catch sea turtles nesting or hatching. Everything you might need has been cared for by Dean, beach towels, yeti cooler, totes, soaps, fresh crisp linens, and a massive fridge ice-maker that gives you 2 gallons of ice to fill up your cooler. If you can find an open spot, book it immediately! You won't be disappointed. We stayed with our children and it was great. They played on the beach for hours and were able to relax in their own room and watch their own shows on the smart TV. There is a washer-dryer to keep all your things fresh. Big windows facing the back let in the ocean air and the sound of crashing waves as a perfect lullaby. Grill out back with charcoal or gas. Hang out in the tiki hut. Meet the neighbors. We had our grandparents next door to us and that worked out in our favor too. They enjoyed it as much as we did. Close, but with just enough separation to not step on each other. It's about a 30 minute drive to the local Publix grocery store, but if you download their app, you can get groceries delivered in about the same amount of time and not miss moment of sunshine. Even the kitchen was well stocked with tableware and cutlery, and we especially appreciated the kids plates, bowls, and cups. We'll definitely be back.

Everything about this property is flawless. It is decorated as if HGTV came in and waved a wand! The Christmas tree for the holiday week was especially darling. Every amenity you could need is here. This owner has definitely read on anticipating the consumers need before we know. We were able to bring our little well-behaved dog. He was a perfect gentleman. While this place allows dogs, you would never know it. Not a dog hair in sight or smell.. We have stayed at Hilton properties that allow dogs and they can't say that! We are planning our next visit.

Fantastic for a group of 3 smaller families!
Beautiful property! The other reviews are accurate about cleanliness and amenities. If you can rent all three units you have the whole property to yourselves and it feels like renting a huge house but still having your own privacy and space. The only minor complaint was that housekeeping showed up around 9:30 am on the day of check-out, which was at 11:00 am. While she didn't pressure us to leave and was very friendly, it felt uncomfortable as it was well before check-out time and she just kind of hung out waiting for us to go.

What a wonderful place to stay hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Dean and Patricia were super nice and the property was amazing with a secluded quiet beach. I got to see a baby sea turkey leave the nest this morning which was pretty awesome and a full moon last night in the beach. Lots of nice people renting the other units that were nice to chat with. We can't wait to go back again. What a hard place to leave. Thanks so much to Dean and Patricia for all the amenities you provided for our stay. It was sooo perfect.
