Welcome to our modern 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom oceanfront villa with private pool in Melbourne Beach.
This villa is located on the Treasure Coast, named after the historical shipwrecks of Spanish treasure fleets that occurred in the early 1700s... from time to time, the passing hurricanes are washing ashore old coins...., but you can also witness rocket launches from the backyard up North in Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Station.

A piece of Paradise.

We stayed a week this time. It was our first time at this property so we were taking a chance; but, as they say, "nothing risked, nothing gained". We found what will be our "go to" property in Melbourne Beach.I just can't say enough good things about this property and how relaxed our visit was!I would like to rent this for an entire month next year!BTW, the photos are up to date.And, for Tesla owners, there is a real Tesla Home Charger!This is a Great Property!

Such a nice area.

Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week.

Don't let this one get away!

This was our 2nd year with this beautiful home. After filling out this review, I will be booking next year as well! This home has everything. Very clean, the location is fantastic! Master bedroom view is amazing. If you want the Ocean, you are steps away! Perfect! The beach is beautiful. Great room to play games, watch movies, large table to have great dinners. Contact with the Host/Owner was 5 Star! One small issue came up. I called, she called with in 15min. at the most. Great communication with this Host. Repair workmen were out in two hours. Job complete!

Beautiful beach

Our stay was wonderful and the beach was beautiful. The beach area is about as private of a beach as I’ve ever seen during spring break season. I’ve also never had a better experience with a VRBO house’s WiFi and TV. (And we had 2 teenagers.)

Winter Getaway

Gorgeous ocean views and just steps from the beach. Enjoyed stunning sunrises and moonrises, rocket launches and dolphin sightings right from the patio. Well-appointed property and wonderful host. Had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home with a 5 star location!

The home was lovely! Very well stocked kitchen for anybody that enjoys cooking. Mariam was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. . The bedrooms were all very nice! BUT THE MASTER BEDROOM with the ocean view was my favorite Hangout. The master bathroom was just as lovely.. Great choice !!!!! 5 star from me!

Beautiful property great stay!

Rented the home for my wife’s bday. We took the family (6 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, beautifully decorated with a great pool and the perfect beach access. Our property manager Miriam was exceptional! Very responsive and accommodating. We many to come back every year!

Great property

Location is excellent for low-key beach enjoyment. House hits all The buttons and offers lots of room. Grocery 1.5miles, but if you need to get around town, skip it and stay at beach. I’d stay here again.
