「Was a great stay. I make this trip often to see family and always stay here. Everything was awesome till checkout time. Went to drop my key off to the front desk and claim my rewards but the attendant at the front desk didn’t want to be bothered and was simply rude. I’ll still stay here just won’t interact with the staff. 」

「Old but large room with small kitchen. The staff at the front desk was kind. The towel was dirty and someone hair was falling in the bath. Also, the kitchen mugs were not washed and dirty. The breakfast milk has expired, so be sure to keep it fresh.」

「I stayed at the Hilton in Scottsbluff and had such a great experience. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can tell they really take care of the property. The staff was amazing—everyone was so kind and helpful, which honestly made the stay even better. It’s always nice when you feel welcomed and taken care of. 「Room hadnt been stayed in a while so a but muaty but window aired it out quickly. Front Desk Lady was Awesome and VERY accomidatong!!! 」

「The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are dark and dingy. Shame on Expedia for not updating the photos,. There is no hot tub, again shame on Expedia for not keeping up on what the property had. . The side outside door lock was broke due to the wind, so anyone could go in and out. Bathroom smelt like urine. Halls has a strange food odor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Likely would not stay here in the future. 」
