「Owner of the resort and manager are two different persons hence manager has very little authority to treat tourists. There was no headshower in bathroom, no handshower in latrine. water supply was very poor. After 2/3 hours we are forced to call manager to start water supply n fill the tank. We paid online for deluxe room costing Rs.2875/- per day however quality of room was like of Rs.1500/- We are senior citizens hence requested to allott a room on ground floor but it was denied though rooms...
