"There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. Terrible place!
"The stay was worse than terrible. We would have left immediately but finding a new place during Maha Kumbh was tough, we left after one night. Tent was built on sewage and garbage. The management and owner were extremely disrespectful. We have been asking for a refund for two months now, hotels.com ..."
