And if you’re elderly it can be difficult up stairs (I had 71 and 69 year old women with me and it was a struggle. The restaurant was amazing though...

Great location and value
"Perfect location for visiting Mont St Michel with the shuttle bus stopping right in front of hotel. Alternately you can enjoy the walk, approx 30 min with lovely views. Family of four, stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious and clean. Great water pressure in shower. Surroundings are peaceful and quiet, just sounds of birds so we slept wonderfully. The breakfast is an excellent value and I’d highly recommend it. I’d stay here again if we come back for another visit "

A nice stay at a dated hotel.
"Overall a good stay at the Relais. We chose this hotel because we wanted to view Mont Saint Michel from our room. The view did not disappoint. The hotel does seem dated but we were told they were in the middle of renovations. We also arrived an hour early and they did not allow us to check in early. The hotel is located right next to a shuttle to Mont Saint Michel which was convenient. "

"Par téléphone on m’a dissuadé de me rapprocher de l’hôtel afin d’y déposer mes bagages, on m’a conseillé de me garer au P+r Feval situé à 6 km de l’hôtel. Je précise que sur le site de l’hôtel il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking !!!
Il n’est pas aisé de prendre les transports en commun avec un animal et tous les bagages… et que dire si nous avions un handicap moteur !!!
Il fallut bien sûr récupérer la voiture le lendemain."
