We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

Being steps away from the thermal lake and great restaurant options made for an enjoyable week in town, plus we could easily explore the surrounding Lake Balaton area. "There were no wine glasses. It’s a wine region and you recommend suiting the vineyards, but there were no wine glasses. A light in the outside eating area would be a welcome addition and the description of towels was a little misleading. Only one towel per person. We left pepper as there wasn’t any, and at 55 forint it’s something that should have been there perhaps."
