We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. No matter what...
「The hotel was wonderful, with a beutiful pool and rooms. The area is a little on its own. Im sure you can do great hikes but i didnt notice any orginized walking tours that would have been nice.」
「We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!」
「The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. 」
「Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.」
