This inviting and modern vacation home is located in the resort of Medulin near the sea.
Modernly equipped and furnished with high quality furniture, the house meets the highest standards for a relaxing vacation. The house is not only equipped with many facilities for children and leisure, but is also characterized by a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The interior of the unit extends å over the first floor and the 1st floor and are connected by an interior staircase. The first floor has a living room with dining room and kitchen for all guests of the house and a special corner for children to play and a bathroom, while upstairs there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the basement there is a playroom that will make your children's eyes light up.
From the living room you can access the terrace, which is adjoined by a sun deck and the pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the sunset, in addition to refreshment.
