Every was great, very close to women’s gate and walking distance to Haram. Only compromise are rooms are very small not much space for luggage or very to pray

Brilliant location especially for females. Right outside gate 338 which leads to the women’s entrance. Rawdah is a short walk to the left of gate 338. The room was super tight though and barely any space to walk or open the suitcases. But given most people spend time in masjid more and the extremely close location, this is acceptable. The included continental breakfast was a lifesaver. One day was decent. The other day was super tasty. Lots of options including local food and typical English breakfast style food. The best part was being able to just pop into the hotel for anything we might need at any point in time because it was so close to the masjid.

Rooms very smaller then pictures and description. Twin beds very actually smaller then twin size bed. Fit for person of 5’3” or less. Bathroom space was too small to stand or even turn around. Corridors were so small that barely 2 person can cross. Elevators could accommodate only 4 or 5 persons and there were only 3 elevators for whole of the building. This hotel has no handicap facility. I would recommend people with handicap not to use this hotel at all. Although it’s near to haram but not a very good place to stay for this much money (charges r for 5 star hotel and facilities r not even a single star).

Friendly staff & good customer service. However, lots of small things that be can easily be taken care of caused lots of inconvenience: - Horrible WiFi - Refrigerator freezes everything - Elevator Up buttons don’t work on any floor which forces the person to go down then back up - Room with 3 beds is tiny - Loose bathroom sink and anchored incorrectly - Room door doesn’t close shut; have to push it in - Shower floor divider is too short causing water to overflow to the whole bathroom floor - Carpets are dirty (visible stains)

Its a great experience for my family to stay at Golden Tulip. Its in front of Haram. Delicious breakfast every time if we request to staff some thing different they are ready to make us special. Staff was so co operative. Overall my stay was excellent.

The room was so clean and comfortable, we chose it for the location which was excellent but the breakfast and the service, especially the ones that stored our luggage and helped us get a taxi went far beyond what we expected. Would happily stay there again!
