Visit our king studio suite in a downtown 1910 historic apartment building. Walk to downtown restaurants & cafes, and catch a show at The Holly & Criterion Theaters. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, designated parking and a Casper king mattress. Other features include a Roku Smart TV, High speed wifi, and shared laundry access. This is a great spot to call home while exploring the Rogue Valley, or for a quick one night stop along I-5.

This is a 500 sqft compact studio apartment. The kitchen & bathroom are narrow.
Baby gear available upon request
This is a downstairs apartment. There are two apartments upstairs and 2 downstairs. Sometimes noise can travel but we provide earplugs and have strict quiet time hours.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.

Perfect Road Trip Layover

Perfect for Rogue marathon
This cozy 1-bedroom was perfect for what we needed pre- and post-race. We arrived into town late for our race the next morning. The check in process was smooth, communication was great, and we were able to arrange a late checkout which was quite appreciated so that we could shower after our runs. The kitchen had what we needed (stove, microwave, good-size fridge), bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was also appropriately stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash with good towels. Everything was clean. Decor was cute. Location was a quick less than half mile walk to the race. Parking is in an alley but immediately adjacent to the unit. Directions on how to access the alley were appreciated. Overall an excellent stay and perfect for our marathon needs!

Just a quick overnight

Comfy stay in a cute little apartment!
The place was perfect for 1-2 people with a kitchenette that was functional and a super cozy bed and leather chair in which to relax. Also the outdoor patio was a nice addition! The hosts were very communicative and considerate of guests’ needs. We will definitely book again.
