Helpful staff make your stay comfortable

Hotel staff is very helpful - my Spanish is not so fluent, so they tried to help to communicate with our driver, who understands only Spanish. Room is clean and comfortable. However, wifi and TV didn’t work in my room. Upon check out, they asked to fill questionnaire and I mentioned so. Later on they sent kind comment to improve it - so it will probably fix now.

ホテル周辺には何も無い。飛行場から離れている(45〜60分）リビングルームの広さに対して家具が多すぎる。クローゼットがバスルームにあり不便だし、衣類が湿気る。朝食イマイチ

日本人なら泊まるべき！

ホテルスタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、レストランに日本語を話せるスタッフがいます。部屋も綺麗で、お湯もちゃんと出るし、ネット環境も各部屋ごとにパスワードが与えられ、接続状況も良好です。朝食も素晴らしく、卵焼きやスクランブルエッグなど注文してから作ってくれます。周辺環境は静かで少し歩けば多数の飲食店があります。安心して泊まるならぜひおすすめです。

Buena ubicación, en un área tranquila y cerca de muchos restaurantes. Buen servicio para el buffet de desayuno, empleados muy amables. Encontramos el restaurante del hotel muy caro comparado con otros que hemos visitado en Medellín (una copa de vino $14 USD es demasiado caro). Ni siquiera unas botellas de agua sin costo en la habitación, las que hay son para comprarlas.

It was excellent choice of staying. Hotel is literally 5 min walk to Provenza and Park Illerras. Ton of option for dining and night life. Very nice clean vert professional staff. Guards on side of the property 24/7. Room was excellent and room service was excellent too. Little work need to be done in the bathroom shower they are goid but bath doors jaming and cranking and missing middle in case if you want to take bath instead shower. Rest is all excellent give the fact the fact of price.

Well we had a bad AC unit in our room where it would just keep the room cool not cold as well we asked for them to check it and not much was done. On another not we also had a leaking shower where all the water would soak the floor towel advised them that the water is coming from under the bath tub but nothing was done as well. we booked 3 rooms at this hotel and i had the worse room other 2 rooms worked fine.

Excellent location - walkable for many restaurants. It was quiet at night despite being near the nightlife. Staff was excellent. Bar staff was great. The A/C did not work first night, so was pretty hot. I told the front desk and it was repaired within an hour. Only negative was that we were in a luxury premium room and after the hot room the first night I asked about an upgrade (I would pay the difference) to a Presidential suite. They offered to upgrade for $10 less than the price I could get it as a new reservation on Expedia. Fortunately, the A/C was fixed and we were satisfied with that room

Lovely stay, great customer service. I wish the A/C had a little more power because the Suite was a big room. But overall it was a great stay.
