Even though the hotel is small, it’s a ok for just a day or two. I love how clean and refreshing my room was as well as the hotel itself. It also has a small jacuzzi at the rooftop on the other side of the restaurant.

Golden Valley Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was in a great location, close walking distance to the metro (under 10 min), the best restaurants in the city, and grocery stores to get lots of snacks. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again when visiting Medellin.

Overall, this hotel has everything you really need. It’s in a fairly quiet area, the breakfast was good (though they serve the same menu every day, which can get repetitive), and the room was comfortable. If you have a rental car, there’s a parking garage conveniently located across the street. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, I’d recommend staying here.
