Good experience

I have stayed at various properties owned by this group and I have always been pleased with their accommodating to my requests, namely check in earlier if my flight arrived early in the day. Without fail, when available, they always did their best to ensure that I had a nice place to rest after a long plane ride.

Lots of amenities for a longer stay

Great stay with no issues. Friendly check-in, given flexibility IRT to paying the deposit, 1 hour late check-out approved. Looking forward to coming back.

Good value

I've stayed at these properties a few times now. Nice, modern place with everything you need - tv with all the channels, hot tub, and Bluetooth speaker. No security, so there isn't any fee for guests. Would recommend

Frustrating experience

Broken check-in process included a 1/2 hour wait on the street with luggage, even though arrival time was communicated per the e-mailed instructions. 1 hr late check-out given vs 2 hrs requested. 3.7% non-refundable fee for using a credit card for the security deposit, if given such an option vs cash. Hot water heater is wonky - it went out on the 3rd night, but I was able to turn it back on (hint: it's on the corridor wall). Once you get past all that, the apt is OK.

Great location easy access to Poblado. Quiet off street so no noise. Double steel hate doors to get in so super secure but didnt feel I needed to feel safe.
