What was in the picture it wasn’t on real, the good point was location to Al Haram. Amenities wasn’t sufficient, vey old every where in room you will see hole & crakes, cleaning was good, staff were very good and friendly.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location right next to Al-Haram Al-Makki, with the Kaaba easily reachable on foot, which makes it extremely convenient for prayer at any time of the day. Despite the proximity to the Haram, the atmosphere inside the hotel is calm and peaceful, allowing for proper rest. The staff were flexible, respectful, and genuinely helpful, always willing to assist when needed. Overall, it is a very practical and comfortable choice for Umrah or Hajj, especially for guests who value location, tranquility, and courteous service.

I being elderly person tried to book with premium price for its proximity to Haram. But Services rendred are below the acceptable grade, on duty supervisor Bilal very ill mannered rude person. Didn't help in early check-in. He literally tried to throw me out with my bag..Even after check-in time, had to wait more than an hour to get room..Horrible experience
