"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room heater was great on the cold nights. Staff were very polite and accommodating. I ordered takeout on my first night to take back to my room. When I got there, I had no silverware in the bag. Hotel staff were very kind to accommodate the need for silverware and napkins.."

The kitchen area is not large but has the amenities that are needed. "

"The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were very surprised not to find the microwave in the room. We were told that some rooms do have it and some don't. And that we should requests it when making the reservation. I wish it was more clear. They have the microwave you can use in the lobby though. The person at the front desk was VERY nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good too."
