"Clean bed and sheets, room floor dirty. Shower dirty. Hallway smelled of rotting food left by delivery company. Air conditioning good. Breakfast is very basic selection but ok. ✅ "

"We had a great stay, from a friendly welcome at the front desk, to a quite and peaceful night of sleep. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was appreciated before we got back on the road. The hotel was clean, updated, and exceeded expectations."

"We were moved twice, once because the key didn’t work and n xt because of the excessive noise on our floor. Not convenient with two kids!"

"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!"
