Cottage by the Square

Enjoy all the amenities within walking distance of the charming historic McDonough Square! So many shops and restaurants to choose from! This 1940s home has been fully renovated, including a gas fireplace, and a 36 inch gas stove. Sit outside in the screen porch. Each bedroom has a 55 inch television and the living room has a 65 inch television. Cable TV through Hulu live and Disney+. Only 10 minutes from Southern Belle Farm, 20 minutes to the Motor Speedway, 30 minutes to the Atlanta Airport. One king bed and two queen beds.

Wedding Weekend

A bride and her maids stayed here and the location was perfect. The wedding and rehearsal dinner were right downtown. We loved the cottage!!! I highly recommend.

A very nice place to stay

This cottage is in a wonderful location for shopping, but it is on a very busy street and can be noisy throughout the day, including at night. It is very clean and comfortable, very well kept. One minor detail - I would suggest leaving the looseleaf book containing info about the cottage on the dining room table where it is visible to guests. It took us a couple of days to realize it was in the rack on the wall behind some brochures. All in all, a great place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Clean and comfortable

Ten stars, would absolutley stay here again! One of the cleanest properties i have ever stayed at! No bugs, which is hard to do in the south. Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The furniture was sturdy and minimal decor meant it was a great place for the kids. The kitchen had all we needed to make a couple of meals. The space felt homey! One game for older kids, no other toys and no hot tub that are both in the listing. The house is on a busy street but we had no problem getting in our out of the driveway. My sisters noticed the noise more than I did. Yard is not fenced but with the adults to supervise there was space to play in the back yard. Plenty of towels on washcloths! There were paper towels and soaps for the bathroom and kitchen that are often lacking in other rentals. The screened in porch was a great way to get some fresh air when the weather was less than perfect.

NASCAR/SISTER weekend!!
