「The brownstone apartment is quite charming and has been renovated, thing are slightly worn and peeling paint in the bathroom. The apartment was well stocked and the location is ideal for active people. The decor is very stylish and set up to entertain. I read the reviews about the bathtub and thought it had probably been repaired or stabilized. No, it was a nightmare for 64,69 yr old to balance in the tub to shower. It rocks side to side.」
