The greatness of customer service fromvthe staff at this facility was awesome. My family and I were there to bury a loved one. We checked in with no problem but upon return our key card would not work. We notified the front desk (Mr. Joel) and he immediately took care of the problem, from check in to check out was beyond amazing. Thank you 😊

The ac was in 2 pieces. The hotel is under revenation so I had to listen to jackhammers all Saturday. The frige froze and exploded my drinks. The bathroom was very sterile and uninciting. Did not get a shower. There was a long driiping stain on the wall

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast wasnt what i expected. They were doing a remodel so im sure once they get back to their regular room everything will be good again. Neighbor was safe and family friendly, off the interstate. It was walking distance to a chinese buffet, cracker barrel, several convenient stores and a walmart. I would definitely would stay there again.

No extra towels. Id be more than happy to donate some tide pods!! Room was clean. Most of front desk was polite except for 1 lady.

The room and staff were great.
My only complaint is that the tub needs something on the bottom to prevent slippage and falling when showering. I could not wash my feet for fear of falling in the tub.

The room we received smelled like mold. I immediately informed the staff and they handed me Lysol and an air freshener. Although they said they were booked I complained about it. They did not attempt to look for a solution. After 2 days in the room my wife developed breathing issues and I went to the staff again. They said I had to wait until the morning shift for them to try to move me. I even told them that my wife had to leave the room and was sleeping in our vehicle and no movement from the staff. I proceeded to pack up the room while my wife was in our vehicle in the event that we found a new room. I even went on line and it showed that there was a mobility room available but the staff said it was a mix up between the location and corporate. My wife came back to the hotel and asked to speak to a manager and guess what they did, give us the mobility room I asked for an hour before. Needless to say I tried to get a refund for the 3 days of suffering from the hotel and Expedia but of course I received nothing from the hotel saying it was against policy and Expedia only offered a refund that I can only use if I use Expedia to book something else. I wanted my money back for the 3 days of suffering in that room but I got nothing. They both took my money and that was that.
