一人旅、観光の拠点に

一人旅で利用しました。クルーガーに約1時間、ブライドリバーキャニオンに約1時間半の立地です。ジムはエアロバイクが壊れていましたがトレッドミルは使えました。

夜9時過ぎのチェックインにもかかわらず、気持ちよく迎えてくれ、最高の夕食でもてないしてくれた。観光の足場としても最高の場所。

Felt like Italy

Loved the place. It felt like we were in Italy. The restaurant for dinner is however extremely expensive. But we really enjoyed the stay.

The property is stunning and surrounded by lush flowers and vegetation. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was exactly like the picture. I highly reccomend.

Beautiful hotel

The spa room needs upgrades. Carpet is not clean and needs deep hooving. Bath tub is so tiny. Overall the place is beautiful with its landscaping

Not what is advertised

Had no coffee in my room and reception not after hour staff or manager was available to arrange. The gym was so dirty that you didn’t want to use equipment, dust, spider webs etc. Treadmill doesn’t work either. Room was nice.

The staff were exceptional. The hotel is a little difficult to find but worth the effort. The gardens , pool area and choice of eating locations provide a relaxing feeling. The constant 'music' spoiled the atmosphere slightly.

Disappointing experience

The experience wasnt so good, on arrival no one was at the reception. The first room that I was given, the WC was dirty and stink with water on the floor. I had to ask for other room which was given. But this is concerning special on this COVID period. If they dont make sure the rooms are clean and safe for covid, this will affect customers experience. PS: This was not the first time I stay at this hotel, the other times the experience was good.

I would hire this staff member if he was available

I did not get the name of the poor bloke that helped with the check in ............. and he was the waiter too ...............and he he was also the barman ........... and he brought me a packed lucnch to my room as I was leaving very early the next morning .... But well done, you are a star.

nights on business

Second time I’ve stayed at La Villa Vita. Despite Covid restrictions, the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly in the hot humid conditions that are common in this part of the world. Perhaps the only small criticism I have is that there was no desk in the room. The wifi worked great though. The breakfast (free on my booking) was very good.

Excellent

Séjour de 2 nuits avant un vol long courrier. Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. Nous avions une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, les repas à la carte également. Nous avons passé un séjour très relaxant. Je recommande cet hôtel !

I didn’t like the fact that there was no electricity at night even at 5 am when getting ready we showered in the dark. I paid via PayPal and was called back to the villa from Kruger National park because the receptionist was saying we didn’t pay. The employees seemed inexperienced and were not really there to please the guest. I had asked for a partial refund since I had to leave Kruger National Park Sunday to go to the front desk. I was there for 3 hrs before I got cleared which was strange because Anastasia an Indian manager knew I had paid via PayPal. The whole thing was a joke. The owner said he was going to refund our stay. I messaged him but never heard from him. The resort is nice but employees need to do better customers service wise. I wasted our day Sunday because I had to go back to prove that I had paid already

No Power..no service

Load shedding and their Generator was broken, They had no ability to cater for the load shedding. No Air in the room as only one tiny Window. Bathroom had no Windows

I have rarely been to a hotel where I was made to feel more welcomed and more pampered. The staff are super kind and so willing to please and help with any situation. Rooms amazing and atmosphere so loving and peaceful. I would highly recommend it.

Ripoff!!!!!!! Honey moon gone bad!

In the check in know explaind to us how the hotel works, such as were and when breakfast. Allso we got a reservation with dinner, apperantly dinner in a voucher that you in the hotel resturant and it doest include drinks and .not even enough foe the good food our room was underground and was dirtt all the time and even at one point we noticed a kid starring in to our room from the hotel balcony, and the staff just wasnt wellcoming. The guys in the resturant didnt even know to explain what does the dishes made off.

A real surprise

La Villa Vita is a hotel and spa built (as the name suggests) in the style of an Italian villa. Driving to the hotel's address it seems impossible that such a grand building could be lurking around the corner but then there it suddenly is! The Italian conceit is extended to the restaurant 'Cicero' where I ate well despite my first two choices being unavailable. My room (half of an interconnected suite) was quite small, very much dominated by the large (and comfortable) bed. The bathroom by contrast seemed spacious and the shower was excellent. Overall I had a pleasant one night stay. The comfortable pool area at the centre of the 'villa' had a free coffee and cake 'station' which is the sort of touch which suggests this is the sort of place where an extended stay would be no hardship at all. Recommended.

This hotel is an absolute delight! It is hidden away in the suburbs, surrounded by a lush garden and trees and the staff, restaurant and facilities are outstanding

Beautiful setting

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and spacious. Beautiful setting. But lacks atmosphere. Few small things like safe not working. Drinks served at bar not up to standard. Breakfast was ok. Would not rate as 5 star personally. But good and secure location
