Hotel is new. The manager wont open up higher floors unless the first 3 floor are full. Parts of the hotel are not finished,. Room was well used in the bathroom for a new hotel. Looked tired already. Shower leaked into the toilet area

room was great for the price. fyi if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it because its on a main street and you can hear everything. breakfast is just Mexican sweet bread, box of cereal,toast fruit and coffe thats it.

Paid for all inclusive, informed it was room only upon arrival. Spanish only communication, extremely limited English, never acknowledged by staff upon entry or exit of hotel, rooms cleaned on a crazy schedule, sometimes 930am, one day they showed up at 6pm.
