El colchón de la cama bastante duro, nada cómodo. Tiene un sofá cama que al convertirlo a cama era cero confortable, se nota que ya es viejo. Por la ubicación del hotel y por el espacio amplio de habitación vale la pena el hotel.

Buena ubicacion para andar de fiesta.

En general esta bien el lugar. Aunque solo fue un dia, y para dormir, esta es mi opinion: el cuarto muy bien, la ubicacion bien. Los que tienen el sueño ligero considerar que se escucha fuerte cuando hablan o hacen ruido en otros cuartos y en los pasillos. Hay un deposito de $500, llevar efectivo.

La entrada era a las 15:00 horas y nos dieron una de las tres habitaciones hasta después de las 16:30 y en una habitación se pagó un costo extra por dos adultos más ya que estaba reservada para dos adultos solamente de principio, y después de pagar por 4 adultos no asignaron habitación con dos camas aparte de falta de cortesía al no proporcionar botellas de agua para beber en las habitaciones

Ha sido la peor de las experiencias y el mayor error que he cometido al elegir este hotel para hospedarme en Mazatlan, simplemente fue una pesadilla desde el momento en que llegué. Las fotos se ven muy bonitas y me dejé llevar por eso, pero el lugar nada que ver, desde el check in mal servicio, nunca están, nunca contestan el tel, me dio claustrofobia el pasillo que nos llevaba a la habitación, la recámara súper pequeña, no hay elevador, el A/C no abastece, mala señal de internet, la regadera con 3 gotas de agua, intenté cancelar mi estancia en cuanto llegué que vimos el lugar, pero ya no me querían reembolsar nada de mi dinero, así que decidimos quedarnos. Esa noche para colmo hubo una tormenta y justamente mi habitación se quedó sin electricidad, no tenían planta de luz, y el calor horrible, por fin después de mucho alegar con el personal, accedieron a regresarme el dinero de mi reserva. Mi familia y yo terminamos durmiendo esa noche en nuestro coche. Es barato el hotel y con buena ubicación, pero aún así no lo vale, y jamás lo recomendaría como estancia en Mazatlan. PÉSIMO!!!

El hotel es limpio, acogible, buenas rutas de acceso. No me gustó que te piden un depósito que no se mensiona al pagar, pagas y luego te cobran y si no lo das no te dan llave y no puedes cancelar. El minisplit tiraba agua y me dieron un trapeador para que yo limpiará, además que se mojaron mis tenis y casi me caigo con el charco de agua.
