Mala ubicación para el transporte.

El área está muy lejos , problemas para el transporte, no hay tiendas cercas, las jardineras están descuidadas, la casa está muy vieja las puertas deterioradas y tiene problemas de ventilación, durante la noche guarda un aroma muy desagradable a drenaje. El personal muy atento, la recepcionista Julieta muy amable, el guardia de seguridad muy amable.

Mala experiencia

El inmueble en general estaba muy descuidado , las habitaciones empolvadas con muebles viejos algunos dañados , el servicio de restaurante de el lugar tenía pésimo servicio del personal , la habitación no contaba con servicio de limpieza tuvimos que recolectar la basura de los botes de los baños por políticas del lugar y se supo era una Reservacion “de lujo”

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!!

The property at Isla Mazatlan residence is very comfortable and away from the main strip. If you are looking to relax and not be near too many people this is perfect. The marina view is beautiful. The villa we stayed in was spacious.

Very nice experience and good for young families

Very big property. The pool and play gym was right outside our room which was wonderful for the kids. The property was a little old but very clean. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working downstairs, however the management helped rectify the situation. When traveling with animals and children, I definitely recommend this property.

The staff - from the ladies in the office to the security at the gates, every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and very helpful. the units were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the dishwasher in one unit and the water heater in the other. Both issues were immediately addressed with a quick call to reception. The on site restaurant Las Tostaderia is fabulous! The food is delicious and they have live entertainment on the weekends. Definitely a place to visit. There are several other restaurants and night spots just a short walk across the marina bridge. The Italian restaurant, La Mona, is fun and has great food and drinks! One perk that we took advantage of, and highly recommend, was the use of the beach at the El Cid resort. Go early and plan to stay for the day. On the downside, and nothing that really draws away from property at all, just something a visitor should know in advance, the units are not on the "main road" and as such, unless you have a car, you need to make arrangements in advance for transportation around Mazatlan. Also the units were lacking in kitchen supplies, not a major problem just something to be aware of and easily remedied with a quick trip to Walmart. All and all, we had a wonderful vacation!

Se me hizo un poco raro que no hubiera servicio en recepción las 24 horas, pero lo entiendo al ser un hotel tipo condominios. Llegamos tarde el día del check in, y en seguridad ya nos tenían la llave. El condo está muy amplio, bien equipado y limpio, quizás destacaría que cierto mobiliario ya se ve viejo. El único prietito en el arroz fue a la hora de canjear nuestros cocktailes de cortesía, porque nos tomaron el complemento de una bebida (clamato) como una bebida aparte, y la actitud del mesero fue muy incorrecta ya que él decía que era un asunto de la cajera y no de él, en fin un restaurant tan bonito y con buena cocina se echa a perder por nimiedades, triste.

I liked the location of the resort , away from all the noise of the night life. Also the staff was very prompt in attending to my needs . The room was HUGE !! Loved the size. The only downside is that it’s getting older, might need to get some attention in the near future.

Large unit, lovely setting, nice layout. the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the place cool, even when left on high setting for overnight. A lot of 'little things' not quite right, furnishings showed wear and tear. If your expectation is that this is a Ritz-Carleton you will be disappointed, but if you are OK with a more 'Mexican' luxury experience its a good value. It was quiet, except for the droning air conditioner.

Excellent secluded place...great for a family stay

This place was beyond our expectations. The room was ENORMOUS and clean. The hot tub was amazing. The restaurant was within walking distance and though it didnt look like much the portions were fairly big and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to go to Mazatlan but want to stay away from the strip as we did. I think this place is awesome for kids as they have a pool as well and plenty of green to play on. My wife enjoyed the smell of the beach the entire time we stayed here as well.
