We would like to introduce villa Marysol to you. Marysol which means “sea and sun”. Our beautiful detached villa for up to 4 people and up to 2 pets are also welcome, But by mutual agreement. Villa Marysol is located in a quiet side street of Mazarrón Country Club, close to a restaurant, tennis courts and bocce court. Supermarket “The Spar” and a hair salon at 5 minutes walking distance. Our villa has a bohemian style living room with Smart TV (fire stick with Canal+ and English, German and Spanish TV channels). Furthermore a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven with airfryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and nespresso coffee machine. There are two spacious bedrooms with ample closet space. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The villa has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower including a hairdryer.

There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and in the bedroom where the double bed is located to keep the villa cool in the summer days and nights. There are also ceiling fans throughout the villa. The pellet stove in the living room provides heating in the colder winter months and makes the villa suitable for long-term winter rentals. Outside you will find a gutter covered terrace with a lounge set, barbecue , outdoor TV and washing machine. A large private pool, solar shower and sun loungers where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day in the hot summer days. Note: The villa has air conditioning with a card system. The cards can be purchased on site. The system is very easy to use: you insert the card in the box and you can use the air conditioning. On the display you can see how much money is left on your pass.
It is not permitted to charge an electric car using the house sockets or any other electrical connections, nor to use electrical appliances for additional indoor heating, such as electric heaters that are not part of the house inventory.We offer special discounted rates for long-term winter rentals.

The property is located in the Mazarrón Country Club. This complex is very well located and equipped. Here you will find lovely outdoor pools, tennis courts, a petanque court, a Spanish restaurant and a supermarket. Environment The center of Mazarrón can be reached within a 5-minute drive and within ten minutes you can be on the beach of Bolnuevo or Puerto de Mazarrón. Driving along the coast you will find the most beautiful bays with small beaches to swim and enjoy the sun. Discover this beautiful region and then also visit the larger cities such as Murcia and Cartagena. Not only the larger cities are worth a visit, but also walk through the small streets of the authentic Spanish villages. To get a good impression of the surroundings you should especially visit the Sierra Espuña, this beautiful nature reserve is located about 20 minutes from Mazarrón Country Club.
