This classic, centrally located cottage was originally built in 1881 and has been maintained and updated over the years to give you the ideal experience at the Chautauqua Institution. Perfectly located on Morris Ave, about 1 block from Chautauqua Lake and Bestor Plaza, you are just moments away from the heart of the Institute. There are 4 bedrooms, all located on the 2nd level as well as a full bathroom, sleeping 7. There is a half bath on the 1st level just off of the kitchen. Cook in the modern kitchen, relax in the comfortable living room or dine at the spacious dining table. Enjoy the many amenities added to your stay such as AC in 3 bedrooms upstairs, screened in upstairs balcony, a private washer/dryer unit, espresso maker with complimentary pods, outdoor grill, Wi-Fi and complimentary Netflix on the smart TV.
