「Staff very nice, rooms were great」

「Nick was great help」

「Nice place to stay」

「The hotel room were very run down for a Marriott. You lay in the bath and look up and were concerned the ceiling was going to fall in on you. Everything, except the front lobby of course, was very sub par. My son used the pull out sofa, it had a "mattress" on it that was maybe and inch and a half thick, it was ridiculous. The night staff guy literally sat on the edge of the counter and played on his phone and got irritated if you had to ask him a question. There were no ice machines on the...

「Cleaning was very poor. The double rooms need more attention. The first room we were in had a sagging sofa, no water pressure, and hair in the bed. We were moved to another room in which someone had thrown up in one of the beds (on the mattress & pillows) and the bed was made up over the throw up. The smell was so bad we had to put the pillows outside & sprayed the room with Lysol. That bed wasn’t used needless to say. I couldn’t believe someone made that bed & left wet throw up pillows on the...

「The hotel was wonderful. I usually stay at the Hilton Regency. The breakfast buffet was just as good. However, it was much easier to sign into the Wi-Fi, and there was a much better selection for entertainment on the television as I could sign in to my own Netflix.」

「Everyone was so nice」

「Room was very clean and looks like it was recently redone. Bed was comfy and room was well equipped. Elevator (floors) needed to be cleaned as did the fitness room, only one of the coffee machines was working in the morning when it was very busy. Overall had a good stay, would stay there again.」

「We had a problem with our toilet in our room. The chain was too long kept getting stuck under the flap and the float did not work properly so the two days that we were there we continued to have issues and they had no maintenance person on site that can fix it.」

「Good」

「Check in was smooth and seamless, staff are friendly and are very welcoming to animals which is a huge plus. Very clean rooms for allowing pets so cleaning staff are really on their game. Convenient location between downtown and the beach too. We can’t wait to stay again!」
