「Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. The surrounding grounds are nicely laid out and atmospheric with lots of seating areas and the outdoor bar is a nice...
