"The hosts bent over backwards to personalise our stay, whilst respecting our privacy. From the homemade tablet, pancakes and artwork to the birthday balloons and beers, we had a lovely break. The cabin has everything you need, and the hot tub is fantastic to soak in under the stars. We just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more. "Two families stayed together in Brewer’s Cottage as it was the perfect location for a weekend break that was close to a wedding at Dumfries House. The kids had a blast in the gardens, watching the horses from the kitchen window and visiting the farm shop up the road. George was very friendly on arrival and close by if we needed anything - we felt extremely welcome and would definitely visit again."
