Our family stayed here for five days as part of our 15-day Swiss vacation. We had never used VRBO before, but knew we wanted more space and togetherness for our family than a hotel room could provide. We got that space - and more - by staying here.
The online VRBO photos are a very accurate representation of this modern, clean and comfortable apartment. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a central living room/dining room area and balcony with seating, we had plenty of space to spread out, yet still be together as a family. The apartment itself is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a washer/dryer (great for not having to pack clothing for the entire trip). The apartment looks to have recently been renovated from top to bottom. It was also spotless - a very important consideration for us, as we are frequent travelers and picky about that (you can filter on cleanliness, BTW, when choosing a VRBO property).
To our delight, everything we wanted to do was walkable - train stations, grocery stores, outdoor activities, even our first mountain excursion upon arrival (Harder Kulm). The hosts were very friendly, helping us to quickly get oriented to the apartment and all that the area offered. The apartment is quiet, even though on a main road - especially at night. All in all, this was an outstanding choice for our stay in Interlaken. We hope to stay here again on a future vacation!
