Matlacha is infamous for being the best fishing in Sw Florida. You can fish right from the privacy of your dock or hire a private charter to pick you up right your backyard. Either way a catch is almost always guaranteed. The cottage comes equipped with an outdoor grill so you can sauté and grill those fresh catches.
This cottage was completely remodeled, and can accommodate up to 8 guests with all accommodation living amenities thought of. This cottage boats a master suite with Private en suite master bath, a guest bedroom with bunkbeds for 3, a third guest bedroom with twin bed, and a Sofa Couch with queen size pull out sofa mattress. All bedrooms and Living room come equipped with streaming ONLY 4k UHD TV’s with high speed 1000 Mbs wireless Internet included for your stay. All TVs are equipped with preloaded streaming apps so you won’t miss any of your favorite movies or shows while away. (*NO LIVE CABLE TV) Just sign in and relax. The convenience of a spa/pool is only 5 ft from your master suite for those warm summer days/night and 2 on-site Kayaks for those waterway adventures to see that famous Sw Florida sea life up close. The cottage comes equipped with a 10k lbs boatlift (Boat lift is available for rental for $200 per stay) should you choose to bring or rent a boat for those fishing days or evening boat cruises (boat not included) you’ll find every convenience and accommodation is made available for you, your friends, and family. If you don’t choose to use the boat lift, you can moore to the pilings for no charge.
