"Easy walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. Probably too far to walk to campus, but you could. The location is a quiet, mature, stately neighborhood and has one designated parking spot but free street parking is ample. Older home with all the charm-and quirks-that come with age. Lots of cooking equipment, but the main fridge is in the adjacent dining room so it’s a little awkward. The screened in porch is a great place for morning coffee. Owner VERY responsive. Reasonable requests on checkout-nothing weird or over-the-top.Would for sure rent again."
