Highly recommended
We stayed at a suit room. The room was spacious and clean. The bath in a cave was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would revisit the hotel if we have a chance to travel to Matera.

眺望のよい素晴らしいホテルです。どのスタッフもみな心温まる応対をしてくれます。 鍵を渡されるので外出上は特に不自由はないのですが、夜８時以降はスタッフが不在になるところだけが唯一、心細かった点です。でも、自分の自宅？に帰る前に体調がわるい私の様子を見に来てくれるなど、ホスピタリティは十分にあります。バスでナポリに戻る日、あいにく道路に積雪があり、タクシーがホテルまでこれませんでした。すると、スタッフはタクシーが来れる大きな通りまで約２０分、私のキャリーを持って歩き、私が無事にタクシードライバーと合流するまでずっと一緒に待ち続けてくれました。私はマテーラでの滞在と、このホテルで受けた心温まる対応を、ずっと忘れないと思います。

4人家族で利用しました。部屋は綺麗で景色もすばらしく満足できました。 浴室も雰囲気良かったですが、お湯が途中で切れてしまうのが唯一残念な点でした。（場所的に仕方が無いのか？） ホテルのスタッフは親切でよかったです。

洞窟ホテルに泊まりたく、いくつか候補の中から選びました。 テラスからの眺めも最高で、部屋の内装も予想以上の雰囲気の良さ。 広さもかなり奥行きがあり、シャワーとは別にバスタブもありました。マテーラの街はかなり階段があり、更に迷いやすかったので、疲れた足を休めるにはバスタブ大活躍でした。 電源も部屋の中にたくあんあって、カメラやスマホ、wifiなどの充電にとても便利です。 また、スタッフも親切で、チェックインの際にはコーヒーを入れてくださったり、マテーラの観光名所も教えてくださりました。 美味しいレストランにも近く便利な場所にあります。もしまたマテーラに行くならこちらを選びます。

素晴らしい眺め
マテーラでは絶対にサッシのホテルに泊まると決めてこのホテルを選びました。 サッシ地区に入り、その景色に圧巻。 そして、ホテルに到着し、レセプションで手続き後、お部屋に入って感動。 まさにサッシのお部屋！ 部屋の前に通路があり、そこでサッシの景色を眺めることができます。 お部屋のアメニティはありますが、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープが兼用となったものなので、女性は持参した方が無難だと思います。歯ブラシなどはありません。 お部屋は清潔で、シャワーの水圧も十分でした。 朝ご飯は、バイキング形式で軽い朝食ですが、種類もあって、美味しかったです。 次回もこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

午後3時ごろ、ホテルに何とかたどり着いたものの、事前に連絡していなかったのがまずかったのか、 入口が閉まっていて、スタッフも外出中？で長時間、中に入ることができませんでした。 部屋の奥の浴室への扉を開けると、洗面所・トイレ・浴室のスペースがとても広くてビックリ。 バスタブがとても広く、お湯をためようと思ったが、熱いお湯が出ず、貯めるまえに冷めました。シャワーも震えながら浴びました。ちなみに2月下旬の旅行です。 それ以外は不満はありません。ベッドも大きく快適、朝食もおいしい。スタッフも常駐していれば親切で愛想もよい。 部屋からのサッシ地区の眺めもよく、総合的にはよいホテルでした。

想像通り
マテーラ駅から徒歩で行ったので、分かり難かったけれど、向かうまでのパノラマも素晴らしく、お部屋も思った通りの素敵なサッシのお部屋でした。間接照明と、立て掛けられた大きなアンティークの様な鏡が一層良い雰囲気でした。母との旅行でダブルベッドで大きさが心配でしたが十分な大きさでした。当時外が10度位で寒かったですが、エアコンが必要ない位適温でした。正面にはサッシ住居群があり、ライトアップも綺麗でした。アルベロベツロまでのタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが70ユーロと安く、運転手の女性もとても感じが良かったです。 朝ご飯も種類豊富でのんびり過ごせました。強いて言うなら、マテーラはハエが多く、気をつけていましたが1匹入ってきてしまったので夏はちょっと心配だなと思ったのと、シャワーの扉がピタッと閉まらないので、部屋に水が少し入ってきたことでしようか。(大した事ありませんが…)あと、結構道がガタガタなので、大きなスーツケースならタクシーがいいと思います。(私はリュックで行ったので大丈夫でした) 総合的には、オーナーさんもとても感じがいいし、レストランも近くにたくさんあるのでとても良いとおもいます。

サッシを改装した部屋で、一人で利用したのですが、勿体ない程広いお部屋でした。テラスからもサッシの街並みを独り占め出来ます。特に夜景は別の世界の様に幻想的で最高でした。部屋環境、朝食、サービス、値段以上です。

Clean and spacious, well located, if you can find it. Forget use of GPS/google maps. Hotel doesn’t give you great directions/support and hard to reach. Probably similar properties same value but a little better. Bed was awful. Bathroom unnecessarily huge, tub ginormous and hard to get into, terrible hand shower. Breakfast was good. Beautiful, unique town, a must see!!

Preis-Leistung nicht gut. Die Lage ist top aber das Familienzimmer war sehr spartanisch, lieblos und für den Preis viel zu einfach eingerichtet, zumal die Einrichtung sehr alt wirkte. Definitiv nicht so wie nach den Fotos zu vermuten wäre

An excellent place to stay in Matera
First of all, we had a few issues with our travel arrangements. The hotel was very accommodating and made several phone calls on our behalf. We were very impressed. The location is in the heart of the old town so very convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious and comfortable. A huge bathroom was built into an old cave. We had ample choice for breakfast. Overall, highly recommended

Great place to stay right in the heart of Matera Sassi. Staff is very welcoming, good breakfast. Only drawback was the a/c as it did not produce enough cold air to cool the room.

Fabulous and Fascinating Place
Beautiful property with a fantastic location in the Sassi. Clean and luxurious rooms. Absolutely wonderful breakfast and coffee. We don’t speak Italian- so the young woman who spoke English at our evening check in was super helpful.

This is a cave hotel. Our room was on the top floor inside a cave. The view from our room faced the old town of Matera. It was spectacular. Breakfast offered a great variety of food, coffee made for you, fresh! The staff was so friendly. High recommended. Please note, if you are driving into Matera, you will need to park in a nearby garage, and catch the shuttle to this hotel. This area is steep and roads uneven, therefore you need good walking shoes.

이탈리아에서 묵었던 숙소 중 제일 마음에 들었습니다.동굴 안을 개조해서 만든 숙박 시설로 보였는데, 매우 넓고 깔끔했어요. 특히 숙소 내에서 창문으로 보이는 마테라의 풍경이 너무 좋았답니다. 리셉션 옆의 식당에서 조식을 먹는데, 조식은 과일, 빵, 요거트 등으로 구성이 되어 있었고, 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 숙소 바로 나가면 테이블, 의자도 많아서 밖에서 풍경 보기 좋아요~ 강추합니다.

This is a unique property in the middle of antic city Matera. Beautiful views from the windows to die for, location, etc. Hotel is in excellent condition, furniture, room design, etc. Breakfast is very good. Great options for fine food in the area. You need to be prepare to walk a lot in the city of Matera with steps up and down including to and from hotel. If you can not walk - it is not for you. Parking (free or paid) is on the street within 10-15 min or so walking. Finding can be a problem. Do not bring large car unless you planning to park in some private parking and take taxi to hotel. We had Fiat 500 and it was great. Hotel can arrange transportation too. Just call them. We left our suite cases in the trunk of the car and walked to hotel with small backpacks. it was perfect.

We love where the hotel is centrally located, the staff is very helpful (especially Maria Angela she helped us with the tour and restaurant reservation). Room is what it was describe, clean sheets and bathroom.

Unique hotel
Our stay was lovely. Our room was at the very top of the complex (about 75 steps up) so we struggled with a bags. The lady who ran the place actually carried mine which was nice but i wish there was a note in the room description as i avoid these rooms. The view was snagging though. Also, our room was not serviced during our 2 day stay which was also disappointing. I found this unusual for the style and other service at the property.

Un séjour délicieux
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'établissement est tres bien situé dans la vielle ville, vue à couper le souflle depuis les hebergements. Notre chambre pour quatre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, dotée d'équipements haut de gamme. Salle de bain avec baignoire sonorisée ! Climatisation, jolis éclairages et rangements. Le petit dejeuner est de tres bonne qualité, beaucoup de choix et produits maison excellents, le service est assuré par une personne très sympathique. Le service est irréprochable. Possibilité de prendre l'apéro depuis la terrasse en fin d'après midi. Vraiment une très bonne adresse à Matera.

One of the best experiences of my life. The town, the Hotel, the atmosphere, all total amazing. It was Mr Bond that showed me this for the first time. I was coming to South of France for a Month anyway, so I had a week here.

Excellent sejour, situation exceptionnelle avec vue époustouflante sur la ville A côté de sites historiques remarquables Le parking sécurisé endehors de la ville top, un peu cher mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité et du confort ( nous n'avons pas eu à transporter les valises sous 38°!) Absolutely amazing. Be prepared for a lot of steps but well worth it. Bed so comfortable. Bathroom out of this world amazing. Breakfast just perfect, best coffee ever. The staff are wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Out of this world
This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Matera and this property are mind blowing. Lovely friendly reception. Authentic cave accommodation and very spacious. Great advice on local restaurants. Breakfast fit for royalty. Really an amazing experience overall.

Super schöne Wohneinheit mit Blick über Sassi. Sehr guter Shuttle Service vom Parkhaus zum Hotel. Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Jederzeit wieder! Leider nur abgebrannte Teelichter ohne Streichhölzer, kaputtes Licht an der Badewanne. Hat das relaxen etwas geschmälert.

Meraviglioso
La posizione del residence già da sola è valsa il viaggio. Pulizia impeccabile e colazione varia e genuina han fatto il resto. Comodo per tutto e veramente caratteristico.
