This beachfront condo is in a private gated community on the Beach. Just 100 miles south of Houston (an easy 2-hour drive), Matagorda's 28 miles of beaches & bays are perfect for the world-class bay, offshore & surf fishing, swimming, camping, kayaking, birding or even beach yoga! One half of a duplex, this particular unit has unobstructed views of the community pool area, & the catch & release lagoon. You can actually fish off your deck or balcony!

The fully outfitted kitchen opens to the breakfast bar, living & dining room making it perfect for entertaining. Fully furnished & decorated in chic beachy style. Sleeps 8. Lots of closet & storage space. Ample car & boat parking. Lots of outdoor space. Downstairs master bedroom, King size sleeper sofa in living room for extra sleeping. PET-FRIENDLY!!

Great Stay!

Property had a few things that needed fixing up but the property manager was very easy to contact and communicate with. She addressed every concern immediately. We would stay again!
