Excellent service, great facilities, restful stay. I cannot recommend this location of Green Rich highly enough. We arrived around 6PM with a tired baby, and check in was smooth and friendly. We were grateful to be able to upgrade to a larger room, and the pillow selection (available to all rooms by selecting a memory foam or comfort pillow from the hallway shelves) was a nice touch. Sento was pleasant and a great start to the day. If you are driving near Hamura and need an easy place to stay,...

Nice decent size hotel

First of all the Manager Mr Huy was wonderful and very responsive along with his team. The water taxi to Miyajima is convenient and the onsen facilities are lovely and the breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommend b

It's an awesome property. My wife and I bring visiting family when they come to see us, we always stay at this hotel and enjoy this beautiful little town.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Onsen had a nice view. Dinner was delightful. Hotel was nicely decorated and had a nice feel about it. All staff wqs eager to help or assist with any requests

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. The breakfast was amazing (I chose the Japanese style) and the lady that prepared it (and checked me in) was super nice and accommodating. The tubs were great to soak in and it was nice to have the privacy (the bath room smelled a little mildewy, but that’s to be expected in a wooden room with high humidity). I Would definitely stay again.

Located front of the port to take ferry to Miyajima island, very close to transportation station. Breakfast was good. Town restaurants close early. Helpful & friendly staff.

The service at this hotel was beyond excellent. They did a great job of accommodating our dietary needs even though we did not think to write ahead (if you have restrictions you should). During check out, we forgot to pack our daughters journal, they called the driver that took us to the ferry and sent an extra shuttle to the ferry terminal to deliver it a few minutes later. The baths are large, fantastic and not particularly busy when we used them.
