Villa Botrici is a modern holiday villa in Tuscany, placed in the Versilia area with beautiful views of the Sea and the Massaciuccoli lake.
It offers space for 10 people in it's 5 Bedrooms and features many windows from where you can admire the wonderful panorama.
The holiday villa in Tuscany is only 11 Km from the Sea in Viareggio, where you can enjoy the sandy beaches. But also the most important Tuscan cities are less than 1 hour away, like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, but also the fantastic 5 Terre. This makes Villa Botrici a perfect place for a vacation in Italy.

Outdoors it offers many different spaces:
- Parking Spot for 4 cars.
- Garden with grass, where the kids can play or the dogs run.
- Terrace around the raised ground floor for spectacular views and great dinners.
- Another large panorama view terrace on the first floor.
- Garden around the house on the lower floor where you can relax by taking a sunbath.
- Above ground private swimming pool (Intex style): approx. 488x305x107cm.

Inside:
- Ground (middle floor): Entrance into the living room with sofas, TV, stereo, Dining Table. Large kitchen with central isle for additional cooking space, microwave oven, oven, Italian Coffee machine, American Coffeemaker, Kettle, 4 Cooking Fires, Fridge and Freezer, dishwasher. On this floor is also a double bedroom with bathroom with Tub, Bidet, WC and basin.

- First Floor:
Room with sofa and access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with double bed. A bathroom with shower, Wc, sink and bidet.

- Lower room:
Additional large living room. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with sink, shower, Wc and Washing machine.

The whole house is covered with WiFi Internet.
Your pets are welcome.
Note: to have these kind of views, you'll need to drive up the hill. So expect smaller and steeper roads.

Air condition with 3 splits.
