"The place was perfect for a brief stay before our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. The driver was very helpful and made our arrival in Kigali smooth and easy."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property was very clean and well maintained. We used the gym which had all the equipment we needed, and the location was in an ideal spot. "Stayed for 2 nights before we left on our gorilla safari. Was a good place with a nice pool. Great value for money with nice outlook over the golf course. Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. Teddy the hotel dog is lovely. Shower pressure excellent and plunger coffee in the room. Only downside was no fan or AC in room. Air got a bit hot in the middle of the night."

"Staff at the hotel are excellent! I booked a 1-week stay here because my Airbnb was cancelled at the last minute. They serve a modest complimentary breakfast every morning in their restaurant that is located inside the hotel. They provide currency exchange at the front desk. Housecleaning is performed everyday by women who do an excellent job. The exercise room is nothing like advertised. It consists of 2 old treadmills inside of what looks to be an abandoned storage room. They said that self serve laundry was free but the machines were broken and offered to do my laundry. I was under the impression this was a courtesy because their equipment did not work. I was charged. The shower door did not close so the floor got wet everytime and the television only has 1 channel that is low quality. Overall, it is a decent place to stay but does have problems."
