This quaint beach cottage is steps to the beach. Sit, relax and watch the boats come in and out of Green Harbor. Have morning coffee watching the sunrise or an evening cocktail enjoying the sunset. This cottage features 1 bedroom (3Twins) and a queen pull out couch. The kitchen has Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig and pods, toaster oven, plates and utensils and 1 full bathroom.
Outside has Gas BQ Grill, Beach chairs, and Gas Fire Pit

Cottage is a short walk to local restaurants, Green Harbor Marina and shopping.

Renters will receive a welcome packet with information of local food and cottage details.

We include linens, towels and pillows
There are 2 parking spaces for renters.

This house was a slice of heaven and just a few steps from the beach. Debra was awesome to communicate with and we would absolutely come back. What a great spot!

Cozy Beach Cottage with a Great Location

This property is a cozy beach cottage located just steps from a beach! The cottage sits behind the owner’s home. The parking area and roads are dirt/ sand. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage uses a padlock and key, so it was left unlocked for us for check-in. The cottage overall was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and had comfortable sitting areas. The bathroom has a very small shower and toilet but no sink in the bathroom, so the kitchen sink needs to be used. There is no range/ stove in the cottage. There was a toaster oven, outdoor grill, coffee maker, microwave, plug in pot and skillet for cooking. Plates, silverware, glasses are provided but no cooking pans or pots other than the plug in ones. The sofa pulls out for a queen bed and there are 3 twin beds upstairs. The beds were all a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, especially upstairs. The location can’t be beat and the host was helpful, accommodating and very responsive! The beach was perfect and the jetty provided hours of great fishing for our teenage son! Overall it was a great stay!
