「Pros: The location to get to Cape Lookout for and early morning ferry was excellent and it was super quiet each night. Comfy beds and plenty of parking.
Cons: The house had a strong old smoke smell throughout the house. Additionally there are areas in the floor that are super soft indicating rot. Everything was very worn (sheets, furniture covers, towels). Salt, pepper, coffee grounds, and a bottle of mac'n'cheese were literally the only things stocked in the kitchen.

「This property is HUGE.. my fiancée and I had plenty of room for the two of us. We will be renting again in the near future for the Seafood Festival and additional vacations. The location is perfect, as we were only 7 minutes away from the festival. The check-in and overall process were immaculate, clean, and had plenty of towels, and wash clothes. We never had to ask for anything additional for our vacation.

「This is a beautiful home! It was so nice to sit on the dock and enjoy the view. We loved watching the car ferry go by and it wasn't loud or disruptive at all. It was very, very, clean and I loved the little sitting area to drink coffee in the morning and look at the ocean.
