This space was extremely accommodating for 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very large and we easily made many meals, gingerbread houses, flour Christmas tree ornaments (rolling, cuting, baking, and painting). There were outlets in the floor so we could set the space up/use it as we needed to. There were awesome Bluetooth speakers that were easy to use. The name of the device is listed on the back of the unit. The place was clean and well maintained. Now to my "issues". The beds could use some updating. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed was a little too hard for my tastes. One of our party couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher. She says it wouldn't come on. She's pretty smart so I feel fairly confident she would have figured it out. The temperature of the house felt a little hot and we couldn't seem to turn the heat down. That being said it wasn't like it was 86 degrees or anything. We wanted it to be 67 and it hovered around 71. After examining the unit it seems like it works with the Wi-Fi and the signal kept dropping. On the last day of our trip we reset the router, but weren't there long enough to see if this fixed the AC unit issue. The other possible issue we had was that we could not find the towels!
The email didn't say anything about them. After reading the guest book we found out that all towels are located in the master closet behind the door. I recommend that piece of advice is a little easier to find for future guests. Overall, it is a very nice house about fairly close to town (7 miles or so from I-20). We didn't need to contact the owner/property manager so I can't speak to their communication response time. Anywho, I would book again. Thank you owners for providing a great place for our family's annual Christmas Girl Trip!
