Enjoy our quiet neighborhood as you make your pit stop off highway 65 or come to visit your Missouri Valley College student or alumni friends! You'll enjoy a large backyard space with a deck, outdoor dining, charcoal grill, and firepit (weather permitting).

Inside you'll have free high speed Wifi, a television with Roku in the living room and another in the larger bedroom. A freshly remodeled bathroom comes complete with the bubble bath essentials so you can relax with a book and glass of wine at the end of the night.

We've left behind Marshall passports for you to enjoy during your time here, so go check out the Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Musuem and learn about Marshall's good-est boy at the Jim the Wonder Dog/Marshall Welcome Center. You might even win discounts to local dining! Two outdoor cameras (front yard and back yard) are for your safety. There is a base station located in the living room that connects the cameras to wifi. Any tampering with the security system will result in fines and possible removal. THERE ARE NO INDOOR CAMERAS.

Drive and Walkway
Driveway and walkway were not cleared of snow before our arrival, we kept tracking snow into house. After the ice on Sunday night into Monday there was a guy that came and spread salt around car and walk way which was very helpful. Over all the house was nice.

The home and neighborhood felt welcoming, like I belonged. The area was quite, the neighborhood respectful, and it was easy to get around. The home had what was needed for my stay. The owners/property manager(s) responded immediately on any questions had and made my stay enjoyable. Would recommend.

Nice dog-friendly accommodations!
The large, fenced backyard was the number one item on our needs list, and this property was great. Lots of updates in this house, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Only 1 small bathroom, but nicely updated. My only recommendation was to add a grab bar beside the tub for us old people! The property owner was great to work with and even had suggestions for local eateries and sights in Marshall! We would definitely stay again!
