週末は無料送迎がありません。
空港からホテルまで距離があるので、無料送迎がチェックインの時に利用ができるか電話で確認しました。その際は無料送迎は利用可能なので空港に着いた時に電話をくれればお迎えに上がりますとの回答でしたが、実際電話したところ、週末（日曜日でした）はそれができないと言われ結局タクシーで向かいました。料金は€12でした。 送迎の件は少しゴネましたが、フロントのお姉さんが丁寧な英語で良く対応してくれたので落ち着きました。笑 滞在中は部屋にゴミ箱がないことに少し不便さを感じつつもフランスらしいなと思いました。 石鹸やシャワージェルなどの最低限のアメニティはあったので、十分でした。 頼んでいた帰りの送迎は私1人だったので、マネージャーさんがこちらの方が快適だろうと空港まで自家用車で送ってくれました。 始めにフレンチか英語どちらがいい？と聞いてくれて、とても話しやすい方でした(^^)

Bonjour Nicolas Merci d’avoir pris le temps et laisser un commentaire.Malheureusement, Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous satisfaire suite À votre mauvaise expérience.Après votre arrivée, nous avons bien discuté et à aucun moment, vous avez signalé que il y a une odeur dans la chambre.je me souviens de vous car vous avez demandé une navette très tôt le matin finalement vous n’étiez pas content car notre service Service démarre à 7h et non à 5h.Je vous rappelle que la réception est ouverte 24 heures et si c’est vraiment le cas des odeurs ou la serviette Fallait juste nous prévenir afin qu’on puisse vous trouver une solution.Notre équipe travaille dur pour un l’objectif objectif, la satisfaction CLIENTS, et malheureusement votre note nous impact.

The hotel is very basic, but comfortable. All staff encountered were really helpful. Very close to the airport. I booked this hotel because it was recommended for a reliable airport shuttle service. I only found out after booking the the shuttle service was only starting at 07:00 am i needed to be at the airport at 04:00 and eneded having to book a taxi.

Room was extremely small and smelly. Bathroom was so small that it was like what I imagine that a bathroom on a spaceship would be like. there was a smelly puddle under the sink. Staff was very friendly and made an effort to help.

Parfait pour une nuit avant l’aéroport. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le buffet de la soirée était vraiment très bon.

The internet is not running properly either, the facility could need a refurbishment. The hotel did not provide food other than breakfast, the shuttle service to the airport is not operating on the weekends, which gives a feeling to be stuck in the middle of nowhere. I paid 220 euros for the room, which obviously influences this review.

Es una pesadilla quedarse en este hotel, es sucio, el personal no habla inglés ni español, la habitación y el baño estaban sucias y con fuerte olores, el shuttle ofrecido no nos recogió del aeropuerto cuando les informamos el horario de llegada de nuestro avión, y me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito por el costo de la habitación cuando ya lo había pagado a Expedía.

Bonjour Mr Ferran Dans un premier temps, nous avons mené une enquête et il s’avère que votre version ne tient pas. Concernant le paiement vous avez payé sur place les Extra, que vous avez consommé les petits déjeuners et la taxe de séjour. Par exemple la chambre déjà prépayées sur Internet.Également concernant le service de navette, nous n’avons pas le week-end, vous avez contacté l’hôtel et on a trouvé une solution pour vous gratuitement.Quand à la chambre sale ce n’était pas votre remarque. Quand vous êtes arrivés on vous a posé la question vous avez dit que ça va tout va bien.Le personnel de l’hôtel parle anglais et le français , présent 24 heures à l’établissement, fallait juste venir le voir et de signaler.Merci d’avoir choisi notre établissement.

Pour passer quelques heures avant un vol très matinal ça va car hôtel près de l’aéroport ! Mais la chambre 15 très exiguëe, sombre, salle de bain minuscule. Pas de table de nuit, une valise ouverte ne tient pas au sol. Dommage !

Positives - staff was kind, the beds and linens were clean, the bedroom’s cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom was completely unacceptable. The toilet and sink were clean, but the shower was moldy and the floor was filthy. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall the hotel felt grimy.

The property was okay. However on arriving and calling as per instruction I was informed there was no airport shuttle as this only runs Monday to Friday. But after going to the hotel the shuttle was taking people back to the airport. The hotels restaurant also not open on weekends. It was clean and we felt safe but transportation was an issue.
