I regret that we were unable to meet our high standards during your recent stay.Following maintenance work, we had a hot water failure for an hour and we reacted as soon as our customers returned. For this reason, the problem was solved in less than thirty minutes. It is important to point out that when you checked out, we reduced the room rate by 50% to compensate for this exceptional and very short outage.
