The 130 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, a fan, a washing machine, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A ping-pong table is also available on site. A baby cot and a high chair are at your disposal. This holiday rental features a private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue.

You must respect the peace of the neighbors and the owners who live in the lower part of the villa. The property is five minutes by car from supermarkets and a bakery. The sea is accessible in twenty minutes, as are the coastal town of La Ciotat, the Calanques of Cassis, and the markets of Aix-en-Provence. It is also recommended to visit the Aubagne market, open on Saturday mornings.



Two parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. It is forbidden to bring pets, make any kind of open fire, or organize events during the day or night. The pool is reserved exclusively for tenants, for insurance reasons.
