  • Facing due south on a fenced, tree-lined lot of 1,100 m², the terrace—measuring over 100 m²—overlooks an 11 m x 5 m swimming pool, along with a pétanque court and a variety of recreational facilities (ping-pong, foosball, etc.). <br>The villa can accommodate 15 guests, with its 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with 7 twin beds (3-star hotel quality) and one double bed, as well as 3 full bathrooms and one half-bath.<br>You’ll enjoy a comfortable stay in spacious, purpose-built areas (2 living rooms with 2 TVs, 4 outdoor terraces, upstairs walkways with ocean views, etc.)<br>Located in the heart of a private residential community, in a calm and quiet setting, you’ll enjoy a dream vacation.
