Déçu de la chambre.

On me fait payer le petit déjeuner de ma famille alors que pour moi il restait que les taxes. Dans la chambre, je n'ai pas trouvé le silence que je cherchais, j'entends la chasse d'eau de la chambre d'à côté. Une mauvaise odeur sortait de la salle de bain ou la porte ne se fermait pas bien. Les draps et serviettes étaient très usées (trous sur le drap)... Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Le jour de mon de mon arrivée prévue énorme incendie à paralyser le sud de la France particulièrement Martigues, je n’ai pas pu arriver à cause du train qui s’est arrêté de l’autoroute qui était bloqué. J’ai donc téléphoné à l’hôtel pour annuler personne m’a répondu, j’ai écrit à l’hôtel à 7h et dépoussière via l’application Hotel.com personne ne m’a répondu et j’aimerais bien quand même être remboursé cette annulation est manifestement du cas de force majeure. Merci de me tenir informer.
