The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with a sofa and TV, an open-plan kitchen with electric hobs, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is also a separate WC and a shower room with a shower and sink.

Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a chemical toilet, a sink, and a mezzanine (difficult access, not recommended for children under 10) with a single bed.

Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and electric barbecue.
Private parking. Pets are not allowed.

The residence has a swimming pool. If the pool is unable to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
