Bon contact avant l'arrivée et au moment de l'arrivée. Les aspects positifs : residence fermée, emplacement au bord de la mer, calme, espace extérieur, flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée... Les aspects à revoir: pas de base en termes de condiments, certaines prises pas au norme, pas de protection sur le ventilateur de la chambre, le ventilateur au plafond ne fonctionne pas, ...

Magnifique appartement tres chaleureux

Nous avons réservé la location au vu des avis tres positifs. Sejour dans un appartement tres fonctionnel et tres propre. Un grand merci à Aymeric pour sa réactivité à répondre à nos questions Merci à sa grand-mère qui a su se rendre disponible pour nous accueillir chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous dans un appartement tres bien aménagé et bien décoré. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçus

I received an email stating that the owners mother would be meeting us there to let us in the door. He didn't say that it was a gated community and she would be standing in the middle of the roundabout. It wasn't until the night was booked that I found out I needed two hundred euros as a deposit. We were not allowed to meet at the property until we went to the nearest town and exchanged currency. I assumed that the deposit was in case there were damages, but that was not the case. The deposit was held until the next day and the apartment was inspected for cleanliness and proper procedure. There is a list of chores to clean the apartment, squeegee the shower, clean the toilet, and wipe vacuum. We were instructed to strip the beds and the foldaway couch and pile the linens with the dirty towels from the cleaning on the bedroom floor. When the apartment was "inspected" the landlord's mother dug the sheet for the couch out of the dirty laundry and put it back on the couch. In the ad it states that cleaning is done to the apartment between renters, it doesn't say that the previous renter is the person that you are relying on the clean sufficiently.

Marseillan plage en février

Un petit appartement bien aménagé idéal pour ceux qui, comme nous, aimons aller au bord de mer pendant l'hiver. Calme, beauté de la mer hivernale et aspect sauvage sans la horde touristique de l'été.

Excellent séjour

Un accueil parfait ! Un appartement d’une propreté irréprochable avec tout le confort attendu dans une résidence calme à deux pas d’ une magnifique plage. Le plus : nos petits compagnons à quatre pattes sont les bienvenus. Merci à Aymeric et à sa grand-mère !

Situation parfaite pour barrouder autour de l'étang de Thau.

TRES AGREABLE

Emplacement parfait, petit appartement douillet bien conçu, très propre, très bien situé, résidence privée fermée. Accueil chaleureux par la Grand-Mère des propriétaires, personne disponible, à l'écoute. Un grand merci à vous Madame.

Idéal vacances

Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Plage à proximité. Terrasse très sympa et parking privatif conforme à l'annonce. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
